Hotel requests can be made during the online event registration.

All registrants who have requested accommodation as part of their registration will receive a detailed hotel reservation confirmation email from our delegate registration partner, CW3 Events.

All reservations for guests without credit cards, with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel.

Please note that the hotel will charge the full amount to your credit card commencing from 15 March 2027 to confirm and guarantee your booking. After this date all cancellations will need to be made directly with the hotel.

Check-in and Check-out

The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM on your day of arrival and the hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.

Change or cancellation of Room Reservation

Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact the IPBA Events Team. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Bedroom reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to and including March 15 2027. Should you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees. In the case of no-show, the hotel will also charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees.
