Sydney Airport (SYD)
Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD) is Australia’s primary international gateway and one of the busiest airports in the country. It services both international and domestic flights and is known for its modern facilities, efficient operations, and proximity to the city. The airport is located approximately 8 km (5 miles) south of Sydney’s central business district (CBD).
Hyatt Regency Sydney is located in the Sydney CBD on Darling Harbour, approximately 20–30 minutes by car from the airport, depending on traffic.

Taxi and Ride-Sharing
- Taxis: Official airport taxis are readily available from dedicated ranks outside each terminal. Fares are metered, and travel to Hyatt Regency Sydney typically takes 20–30 minutes, subject to traffic.

Airport Train (Airport Link)
The Airport Link train provides a fast and reliable connection between Sydney Airport and the city.

- Attendees can travel directly to Town Hall Station or Wynyard Station, both of which are within walking distance of Hyatt Regency Sydney.
